FARSA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FARSA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEZ6L, C1QTNF7, and DCSTAMP. Each is linked with FARSA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARSA-to-partner and partner-to-FARSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEZ6L grouped by FARSA-low versus FARSA-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
