FARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,700 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYRM4, TUBB, and ABT1. Each is linked with FARS2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARS2-to-partner and partner-to-FARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FARS2 versus LYRM4 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
