FARP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FARP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,279 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILKAP, C1orf35, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with FARP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARP2-to-partner and partner-to-FARP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FARP2 versus ILKAP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
