FARP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FARP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, PDK1_pS241, and RAD51. Each is linked with FARP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARP2-to-partner and partner-to-FARP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by FARP2-low versus FARP2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
