Across TCGA cell cohorts, FARP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,357 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FARP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, Peptidyl-serine modification, and RISC complex assembly. Each is linked with FARP2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARP2-to-partner and partner-to-FARP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation grouped by FARP2-low versus FARP2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
