FARP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FARP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 232 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L10, SPZ1, and TMEM174. Each is linked with FARP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARP2-to-partner and partner-to-FARP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L10 grouped by FARP2-low versus FARP2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
