FARP1-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FARP1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,463 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARP1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA31, PABPC1L, and ASMTL-AS1. Each is linked with FARP1-AS1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARP1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FARP1-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FARP1-AS1 versus SNORA31 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARP1-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARP1-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
