Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAR2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,865 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAR2P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF2P4, FAR2P1, and KLF2P1. Each is linked with FAR2P4 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAR2P4-to-partner and partner-to-FAR2P4 results are reported.
