FAP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,813 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL1A1, FN1, and INHBA. Each is linked with FAP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAP-to-partner and partner-to-FAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAP versus COL1A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
