FAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, PDCD4, and LKB1. Each is linked with FAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAP-to-partner and partner-to-FAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by FAP-low versus FAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
