FAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDGFL1, TCP10L2, and SLC22A11. Each is linked with FAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAP-to-partner and partner-to-FAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HDGFL1 grouped by FAP-low versus FAP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
