Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FANK1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FANK1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher FANK1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FANK1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, SARC, and BRCA are the cancer types where FANK1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
