Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANK1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,070 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANK1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hepaticobiliary system development, Negative regulation of cytoskeleton organization, and Lamellipodium assembly. Each is linked with FANK1-AS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANK1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FANK1-AS1 results are reported.
