FANCL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCL-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF1, MIR150, and IQCF6. Each is linked with FANCL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCL-to-partner and partner-to-FANCL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF1 grouped by FANCL-low versus FANCL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
