FANCE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 658 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are HERC2P9, RN7SL608P, and RYKP1. Each is linked with FANCE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCE-to-partner and partner-to-FANCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FANCE versus HERC2P9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
