Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FANCD2OS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FANCD2OS data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher FANCD2OS Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FANCD2OS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where FANCD2OS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
