FANCB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,270 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOVL7, TBCA, and PRMT3. Each is linked with FANCB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCB-to-partner and partner-to-FANCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FANCB versus ELOVL7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
