RNU6-722P

associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 722, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-722P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-722P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-722P is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, RNU6-722P RNA expression shows 14,575 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Together, these results highlight READ, KIRP, and ACC as cancer lineages where RNU6-722P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-722P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-722P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (18). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-722P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-722P expression shows unfavorable associations in KIRC, but favorable associations in READ, UVM, MESO, LAML and ACC. The READ Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify READ as the clearest survival context for RNU6-722P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-722P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-722P shows lower tumor expression in BRCA and COAD and higher tumor expression in KIRP, KIRC, LIHC and ESCA. The KIRP box plot shows higher RNU6-722P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.816, t-test p < 0.001).
