FANCA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,174 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and RRM1. Each is linked with FANCA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCA-to-partner and partner-to-FANCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
