FAM98A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM98A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,894 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM98A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA9, CRBN, and MED28. Each is linked with FAM98A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM98A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM98A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM98A versus ITGA9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM98A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM98A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
