Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM90A28P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM90A28P expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM90A28P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, FAM90A28P RNA expression shows 11,157 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight UCEC, KIRP, and THYM as cancer lineages where FAM90A28P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
