FAM90A26

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM90A26 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM90A26 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher FAM90A26 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM90A26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and MESO show a favorable association.

LGG, COAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where FAM90A26 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
