Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM90A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,818 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM90A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL12, LINC02340, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with FAM90A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM90A1-to-partner and partner-to-FAM90A1 results are reported.
