Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM8A3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,249 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM8A3P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, exonucleolytic, Regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process, and Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with FAM8A3P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM8A3P-to-partner and partner-to-FAM8A3P results are reported.
