FAM89A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM89A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,483 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM89A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCN, RECK, and KRT17. Each is linked with FAM89A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM89A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM89A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM89A versus DCN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM89A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM89A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
