Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM86C1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,222 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM86C1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), rRNA 5'-end processing, and Asparaginyl-tRNA aminoacylation. Each is linked with FAM86C1P in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM86C1P-to-partner and partner-to-FAM86C1P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) grouped by FAM86C1P-low versus FAM86C1P-high in OVARY.
