FAM83A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM83A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,861 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM83A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2S2, PPIL2, and CRYBB2P1. Each is linked with FAM83A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM83A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM83A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2S2 grouped by FAM83A-low versus FAM83A-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM83A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM83A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
