Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM83A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,674 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM83A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-substrate junction assembly, Regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, and Negative regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process. Each is linked with FAM83A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM83A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM83A results are reported.
