Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM76B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,627 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM76B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EED, CEP57, and DDX10. Each is linked with FAM76B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM76B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM76B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM76B versus EED in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM76B→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM76B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
