Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM74A4 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM74A4 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM74A4 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, FAM74A4 RNA expression shows 9,458 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, LUAD, and COAD as cancer lineages where FAM74A4 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
