Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM74A3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM74A3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FAM74A3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM74A3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and CHOL show a favorable association.

ACC, LGG, and UCEC are the cancer types where FAM74A3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
