Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM71E2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FAM71E2 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FAM71E2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM71E2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where FAM71E2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
