FAM53A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM53A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM53A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylation, Macromolecule methylation, and Protein methylation. Each is linked with FAM53A in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM53A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM53A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Methylation grouped by FAM53A-low versus FAM53A-high in LAML.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM53A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM53A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
