FAM53A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM53A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,140 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM53A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, Protein localization to cilium, and Intraciliary anterograde transport. Each is linked with FAM53A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM53A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM53A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II grouped by FAM53A-low versus FAM53A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM53A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM53A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
