FAM50B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM50B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,111 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM50B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are MDA-5 signaling pathway, Protein import into peroxisome matrix, substrate release, and Protein import into peroxisome matrix. Each is linked with FAM50B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM50B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM50B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MDA-5 signaling pathway grouped by FAM50B-low versus FAM50B-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM50B→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM50B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
