The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FAM47E-STBD1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM47E-STBD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
