FAM43A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM43A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM43A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1P1, ERI1, and TXNL4B. Each is linked with FAM43A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM43A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM43A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM43A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM43A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
