FAM25E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM25E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,696 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM25E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, Obsolete nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, exonucleolytic, 3'-5', and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with FAM25E in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM25E-to-partner and partner-to-FAM25E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM25E→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM25E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
