FAM247B

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM247B RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM247B data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FAM247B RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM247B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

LUAD, ACC, and BRCA are the cancer types where FAM247B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
