The most reproducible FAM239A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic programming in the zygotic pronuclei, P-body assembly, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with FAM239A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM239A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM239A results are reported.
