Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM234B mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,423 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM234B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM67, WDR3, and APLP1. Each is linked with FAM234B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM234B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM234B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM67 grouped by FAM234B-low versus FAM234B-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM234B→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM234B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
