FAM222A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM222A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,330 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM222A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Urokinase plasminogen activator signaling pathway, and Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with FAM222A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM222A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM222A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of DNA repair grouped by FAM222A-low versus FAM222A-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM222A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM222A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
