Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM218BP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM218BP expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM218BP is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, FAM218BP RNA expression shows 6,337 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight THCA, COAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where FAM218BP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
