Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM214BP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM214BP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher FAM214BP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM214BP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

THCA, LUAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where FAM214BP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
