Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM210CP RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM210CP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher FAM210CP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM210CP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and SKCM show a favorable association.
GBM, READ, and CHOL are the cancer types where FAM210CP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
