FAM20C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM20C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,012 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM20C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPAP1_S50, MIA3_S727, and P3H3. Each is linked with FAM20C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM20C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM20C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM20C versus LRPAP1_S50 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM20C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM20C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
