FAM193A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM193A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,990 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM193A-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRA6, DOC2B, and CHCHD4. Each is linked with FAM193A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM193A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM193A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STRA6 grouped by FAM193A-low versus FAM193A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM193A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM193A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
