The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FAM186B Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM186B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where FAM186B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
