Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM180A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FAM180A data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FAM180A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM180A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, PAAD, and COAD are the cancer types where FAM180A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
