The most reproducible FAM180A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AEBP1, ASPN, and BGN. Each is linked with FAM180A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM180A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM180A results are reported.
